Our community has placed their trust in us as healthcare providers to care for them and keep them safe. Unfortunately, nearly 1 in 5 people have either been harmed personally, or know someone who has been harmed while under our care. Healthcare providers are smart, passionate people who come to work every day to provide excellent care to their patients. Creating a world class patient safety program requires a focus on the system of care delivery that is reliable and prevents errors and is built upon a transparent culture of safety where we learn from our errors. Our team will partner with you to assess your current patient safety program, analyze your safety culture survey results, and provide teamwork and communication training that is based on the programs developed by airline professionals.
